Shop Policies

Orders:

All items listed are ready to ship. I will do my best to ship custom and made to order items within 2-3 weeks from date of purchase but may vary based on volume and seasonality. Ship time will be noted at time of purchase. If you order a combination of ready to ship and custom items, all items will ship when all items are ready.

Returns & Refunds:

Peaks & Purls is a solo operation and cannot accept returns at this time. However, I want you to be extremely happy with your purchase so please contact us if something isn’t quite right.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of receiving the order.

Shipping:

Peaks & Purls, only ships to US addresses (hoping to expand soon), and offers flat rate shipping of $6. Orders over $75 ship free. Local pick up is an option. Once the item has shipped, it’s out of my hands, so please keep that in mind if there are shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances.
